🔧 Combat Experience Skill Reset Fix

A bug was found where players were able to spend Combat Experience Points to learn restricted special skills that were not meant for their race, class, or fighting style.

This has now been fully fixed.

Any player who learned ANY of the following skills through Combat Experience will have their Combat EXP refunded, and will be required to re-allocate their Combat EXP from scratch:

• Ice Trap
• Ice Tips
